The event titled «Multilingualism of Kazakh Youth in the 21st Century» took place on October 29, 2024, at the «Jastar Life» coworking space in a team debate format. Students and the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, A.G.Nabi, attended as guests. Senior lecturer and Master’s degree holder A.B.Nasimullina gave the opening speech. Students from group FL-21 participated in the event. To introduce the topic, a presentation on multilingualism in modern Kazakhstan was shown, presented by Nurulin Damir and Abdusheva Madina. The group was then divided into two teams - supporters and opposition; team captains Nurulin Damir and Kablanov Ertay shook hands and presented their team positions. Before the debate began, student Zhasulan Asel from group FL-21 gave a heartfelt reading of Korganbek Amanzholov’s work «Otan» to support the participants. During the debate, teams asked each other questions, discussed them, and responded actively. All team members were engaged and participated enthusiastically. After the debate, to emphasize the spirit of patriotism, the students sang the song «Alga, Kazakhstan». At this moment, A.B.Nasimullina presented «Kazakhstan» chocolates to guests and students to promote Kazakh songs. Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs A.G.Nabi delivered the closing remarks. At the end, everyone took a commemorative photo.
